There is currently a large wildfire in Los Angeles. Was that natural, man-made, or started by the Extraterrestrial Alliance?

This fire was not natural and was not man-made in being started by human beings deliberately to cause difficulty. This was from a program vehicle that normally would be operating with safety constraints to prevent inadvertent accidental manipulation of other fixed objects.
