Yours is a human-level comparison that does not truly translate on the light being level. No light being will ever seek to destroy another because that is the equivalent of destroying the self. It can only take place in the land of the corrupt you inhabit where karma is held in abeyance and there may not be an immediate consequence for taking another's life, especially in self-defense. There are situations where that is the lesser of evils, but only because of the fact you live among evil in your world, to make such a choice a potential reality you must face—that simply does not occur elsewhere in the universe.
In effect, you are simply pointing out that the sensitivity of others gives the individual authority and a kind of power so that any harm coming to them will become visible, and visibly shared quite quickly with others, and corrective action taken swiftly to right the wrong, and that is very, very true. So, in a sense, all beings are "armed and dangerous" in that respect, that they carry with them a basic authority, by virtue of their very existence, and will be honored and treated with respect and consideration wherever they go. This is simply understood and a part of life and quite natural to all beings. Because all will be seeking equanimity, the avoidance of harm, and the restitution and restoration of balance when something gets out of alignment, the system will work quite well and will be managed seamlessly and with little effort by the inhabitants. They do not need a sheriff with a firearm to deal with a maladjustment; the recognition of the energy and knowing how to rebalance it gives everyone the wherewithal to solve such problems.
