The video I saw recently about alien abduction featured a short commentary from Laura Eisenhower, confirming that President Eisenhower met with the extraterrestrials during his administration and entered into a treaty arrangement that allows the aliens to mate with humans to help preserve their species. Is all of that correct?

The main outlines are correct, that there was a treaty. The important reality is an agreement was made, not in the usual sense where parties of relatively equal status enter into a truce arrangement for mutual benefit. This was entirely a sham to draw in the would-be cooperation of the Eisenhower Administration, and thus the U.S. and its resources militarily as well as international influence, in exchange for some promises of assistance at the cost of allowing their unhindered operations with but a token gesture of reporting to the U.S. Government about the doings of their Abduction Program. They have long ago violated their end of things. The U.S. Government knows it but is powerless to do anything at this point, nor do they have a motivation to do so because they are manipulated through mind control to be complacent and keep things as they are, still believing they have the advantage in having an in with the extraterrestrials as the chosen people, so to speak, among humanity to be their partners. That is all a lie and subterfuge simply to keep the powers that be within the human governments and intelligence agencies complacent about everything going on and to believe there will be a big payoff coming, for that is what they are told again and again by the extraterrestrials themselves, in addition to the safekeeping function the extraterrestrials have promised with respect to the Reptilian threat to humanity they have long trumpeted as the greatest risk to your future. In actuality, all three extraterrestrial races in collusion are equally a threat to humanity and have planned already for your annihilation, and simply want your compliance and passive willingness to go along with everything that will happen to prepare the way for your demise.
