He also commented, somewhat cryptically in hindsight, that “The danger in this is that the natives are always restless … This is a dangerous state of affairs to have this be in place.” Was the former perhaps an early reason to construct such an installation, and the latter a hint that it, and perhaps many others, have been repurposed or added to support other dark agendas?

At the time you did the channeling, you were less aware of the many current uses for the deep underground bases. This indeed has been a developing story that goes back quite a long ways, as underground bases have been present throughout human history. More recently, additional bases and an expansion has been underway because the Reptilians want to have hardened sites where they can withstand an intrusion from any kind of attack not only by human military but space-based beings who might come to help humanity. They fear this because it has happened before and it proved to be quite disruptive and caused a great loss for them. There are selfish reasons as well because of the conflict and jealousy among the members of the Extraterrestrial Alliance and they know that having hardened facilities underground gives them an edge should a conflict break out by members of the Alliance, so it is a safety issue for them to be sure. In addition, the numerous advantages posed by large-sized numerous underground bases that are invisible to human eyes have many logistical advantages for the annihilation plans ramping up currently for all the reasons we have shared with you in other channelings—the increased number of alien spacecraft needing to be present to carry out this operation, the large size of the Mercenary Army Program trained and groomed to be the point of the spear so it is humans as minions carrying out the dirty work while they stay safely behind the scenes, but they need a base of operations locally for the large force and the craft needed. In addition, there need to be facilities to house the large number of humans to be sequestered for continued experimentation by the alien Greys as promised to them as a consolation prize for the loss of the rest of humanity, which they have counted on to continue their quest to figure out human immortality and incorporate that into their beings, which they presume can be done through genetic manipulation, so that arrangement is being honored for now. In addition, there is an aggressive ongoing manufacturing of human clones based on the artificial intelligence alien Grey platform. This cloned army will be the "mop-up squad" to scour the earth to find holdouts and eliminate them. They, as well, need to be sequestered until needed, so this has been an ongoing expansion for the reasons stated and could only be alluded to in the earlier channeling so as not to be leading with too much new information for your ears.
