The human need for helpers is almost inexhaustible. The daily grind of life necessitates that countless mundane roles and jobs get done in order for society to function at all. The family, as a microcosm of society, has the same non-negotiable needs that are not glamorous or exciting. Humanity NEEDS a significant cadre, a significant large percentage of its population to be engaged in meeting these needs at all times. If no one could ever find satisfaction and fulfillment in meeting these drab but all-important requirements, society could simply not function at all. It appears the advent of the helper type was dictated by imperative need. As a result, there are likely more helpers than any other role. It appears nearly one-third of all humanity are helpers. What can Creator tell us?

It is a basic characteristic, as well as dilemma, that human beings are born in a state of ignorance and, in many ways, are starting over, starting from scratch even though they may have lived hundreds of other lifetimes before. This sets things up at the outset by providing a foundation that is wholly inadequate given the limited capability of a helpless infant not understanding who they are, where they are, what is going on around them, and will have to learn how to work their body to differentiate what is part of them and what is not, what is safe to do and what might cause harm, and so on. Learning the hard way is the quickest, but it is more true than not that life as a human being is a school of hard knocks, so to speak. Many helpers are needed along the way. People are in the care of a helper, or a series of helpers, for many, many years before they graduate from formal education and have a basic capability to earn a living and live more independently. Because of the physical needs of the body, and its fragile nature, there are legions of helpers needed to provide basic services and materials needed universally, and on a daily basis, like food, shelter, fresh water, a means of transportation, and the many goods and services to provide the basic accoutrements of daily living in the modern world. There are a myriad of helpers providing all kinds of tasks to make things run smoothly, all of which contribute to the greater whole and become a measurable part of the economy and the culture as a whole. The basic frailties and limitations of life in the physical are the major reason so many helpers are required for human life to be self-sustaining and successful enough to make progress. An additional huge factor is the subjugation of your world by extraterrestrial beings who have commandeered countless dark spirits to do their bidding as a negative influence, a kind of weaponized tool of destruction that acts as a counterforce to drag things down and limit human progress. Many professional helpers of all kinds have roles to play to fill in the gaps to help people compensate for these strong headwinds holding everything back.
