Because he did not ask anything with specifics by giving the names of the individual and wondering if there were any current feelings, this created no framework for providing information which otherwise would have been unilateral. It seems an excessive and non-helpful restriction to constrain a light being from bringing up former acquaintances and loved ones and offering their comments, but this is a very slippery slope and is specifically constrained by the rules governing the interchange we allow through channeling. There were indeed many, many, feelings and great joy in thinking about the past relationships, but this was not truly invited in an explicit way. Even when there is an assumption by the questioner that the spirit will be longing to touch base and renew old ties and share current thoughts, if not requested, this cannot be given unilaterally by the spirit. There must always be a specific question to allow a specific reply.
