These are additional examples of the consequences of inner conflict creating a competition for energy and focused attention. You are, in a sense, fighting inner demons and this becomes a distraction on some level. And when you are reacting to an ongoing presence of anxiety that has become chronic, it will be an ongoing liability and will be robbing you of energy and capability. The mind cannot serve two masters. So when there is an inner conflict, the fact there are two separate agendas competing for resources and attention and focus, something has to give. And what happens then, is there will be lapses, there will be gaps, there will be a shortfall in capability so things might be fumbled and even physically dropped, knocked over, forgotten about, or left unattended that may cause a problem because they needed to have something in progress finished. And in being distracted, you moved on to a next task without completing the prior one, and so on. Again, healing will help you reacquire a greater capability to manage your affairs more effectively and efficiently.
