These phenomena as well are caused by dark spirits truly wanting to spook you by doing unexpected and creepy things, being they are in your space but invisible. That always creates fear; it is fear of the unknown, and fear of the darkness from past experience, and can be a highly effective campaign of terror for the vulnerable who are fearful. While you are basically stalwart and have a realistic perspective of things, the fact this has led to physical pain is the worst of it, and certainly it is understandable this is quite a challenge when that level of punishment might follow almost anything associated with the ongoing attacks. But this does illustrate that there can be much mischief of a lesser order that is not truly dangerous but just designed to remind you they are watching, and they are near, and wanting you to be living in fear if you let that happen.
