She asks: “If we are targeted individuals, is it because of being lightworkers in the past? Can you tell us how they enjoy our reactions to their torment? Do they watch our reactions through psychic means or technology?” What can we tell her?

This did indeed happen because of past history as a lightworker and wanting to return in a new human incarnation and strive to make a further contribution to the advancement of humanity in its contest with the forces of darkness. The extraterrestrials review the akashic records of every infant and when they see someone who has been a force for good in a prior lifetime, they may well choose to put them on a list to be given a high degree of interference, with negativity directed their way, starting from infancy and continuing indefinitely. This will be monitored both intuitively by extraterrestrial psychics as well as technologically using remote monitoring via things like implants. This is part of a large-scale effort to subjugate and suppress humanity as a whole, to limit happiness and progress on an individual and collective basis—it is more the end results that are enjoyed. As a practical matter, all targeted individuals are a kind of work task for the lower-level minions among the extraterrestrials who are assigned these housekeeping duties to carry out these ministrations. So you are a source of daily work for members of the Extraterrestrial Alliance, at least when you come up in the rotation to check in and perhaps instill another round of mischief. The beings carrying this out do enjoy their role for the most part; it is much akin to the jet fighter pilots in the Air Force who have an elite role among the armed forces through commanding much personal force and power, and to witness directly what they accomplish in taking out targets during armed conflict, and while at peace recognize they have a special role to play defending their nation and perhaps enforcing peace through strength. Historically, they have been respected and even lionized by other citizens for their accomplishments and prowess. So the same is true for the ETs involved with these oversight programs, they are in the trenches, on the front lines, so to speak, of this contest—a test of wills, at a minimum, to manipulate and control human beings while maintaining the subterfuge in secret about their presence and role in all that happens.
