President Joe Biden’s press conference after his first year in office, which was only his second one held, seemed quite strange. His unruffled demeanor and supreme confidence, and seeming boastfulness about the greatness of his achievements, including the claim he has had the most successful first year of any U.S. President, seemed excessive. Is this just an act, a consequence of having a large ego, is his judgment compromised, or is there something more sinister going on?

We can tell you with confidence that all of these factors are involved here. He, indeed, is putting on a show and knows full well, as a polished, experienced politician from many years of being in the public arena, that he has to act the part to cultivate belief and confidence in his leadership. But, at the same time, he is being manipulated to be less precise in his thinking and at times lose his train of thought in order to make him look like he is suffering the onset of dementia, and this is a deliberate attempt to undermine his credibility as a kind of punishment being done by the Extraterrestrial Alliance. They are also manipulating him to alter his judgment and that of his advisors, so they will make mistakes, overlook pitfalls and likely adverse consequences of their policies, in order to bring about what you have asked previously—whether the Extraterrestrial Alliance is wanting his administration to look inept, and foolish, and even dangerous in the way they are setting their priorities, and what they choose to promote, and what they choose to ignore, that many will disagree with intensely. This, indeed, is feeding a kind of inner complacency and a certitude of superiority in the President with regard to how he views himself and his perspectives, and those of his colleagues he trusts and wants to support. At the same time, he is losing discernment about the consequences of holding his opinions and increasingly fails to see the downside in his actions, and this will make him insensitive to criticism because he simply cannot see the downside himself and have any genuine concern. This will, indeed, make him appear disconnected because this, in fact, is true and a defining characteristic of the ongoing manipulation that subverts his thinking and that of his political party membership, to be hyper-focused on what they want to see happen, and expect to happen, and be unrealistic about their opposition and the reality the latter may well have valid objections and more realistic values, standards, and ways of operating but will be dismissed out of hand nonetheless, due to prejudiced thinking that is fostered and cultivated to limit flexibility. This is an outstanding characteristic of the current times, that people embrace political ideology with intense zeal and correspondingly narrow focus to the exclusion of anything and everything outside those boundaries, and often reason and judgment are excluded from the picture as well, and that is not normal.
