Please help with guidance to construct effective requests for divine help with healing cellular memory related dilemmas. Can Cellular consciousness be worked on advantageously during the dream state? Does that have any advantage over requesting a dialog with the higher self and Creator during the waking state?

You saw this intuitively, that because cellular consciousness of the mind connects so readily to conscious thought and awareness, that it might be a bit disruptive to do an interplay by a higher self or Creator with cellular consciousness of the mind during the waking state. Whereas, in the dream state it is only partially aware of some of what goes on, and is in a state of relative quiescence because there is little happening for the person consciously. So it is available to interact with quite freely, without any competing needs to multitask. It is also not impaired in any respect, simply because the conscious self is held in abeyance and being suppressed to allow sleep and restoration, so there are no disadvantages in utilizing that capacity for something being done entirely by the divine realm. We will know when it is an opportune time to conduct work in carrying out human requests to take advantage of the opportunity.
