This concern is logical but unwarranted. You are underestimating the power of divine realm. When we are on the scene we are truly controlling things. The intention is to be there for the duration in implementing the entirety of the Protocol. That being the case, the client is then under divine watch and the divine is working directly with the subject and will not let go or withdraw until the work is complete. There is a full awareness that in removing unwanted spirit attachments the Protocol now includes portal removal. This can be done in any sequence deemed appropriate by divine realm and is true of all the Protocol steps. Even though they are listed in the given order, there is no explicit requirement stated from the human side they must be done in this order and this order only.
The things are grouped for convenience of the practitioner in thinking about the overall structure of what is needed, to put things together in groupings that seem logical and help the practitioner to understand what is being done and why, and help to tell the story, in a sense. They are not necessarily the order in which they will be carried out by the true healers from the divine realm.
So this is looking at the Protocol with a human perspective, and assuming there is a linear stepwise sequence carried out, as would be the case certainly for a human practitioner. And so the practitioner is launching the requests in the sequence of the Protocol, but keep in mind that the divine realm is implementing it. So the divine realm, if need be, can wait until all the Protocol requests have been made and then start the actual implementation, allowing some witnessing of future events to be shown to the practitioner during their perception of the session in the human timeline. So there are many possible flexibilities here that can be utilized at the discretion of divine realm to see things are done gently, safely, and effectively, so this is simply not a concern you need to worry about.
