My Protocol has Soul Matrix Healing prior to the Quantum Healing. Should that order be reversed or does it not matter?

The order does not matter greatly because divine realm will understand the Protocol before going forth to do the healing. It is of greater importance to have a logical sequence in the minds of your students as well as for understandability. As you rightly state, having a discussion of time domains and their simultaneity serves both processes and is perhaps best done under the Quantum section as the Soul Matrix Healing is the ultimate combination of all needs. Having that second, with its additional complexity, makes sense. So this would, as you have envisioned, to be a good plan.
