Unfortunately, what you saw intuitively is, indeed, the case. She has yet again been victimized through targeting to worsen her life experience, create more difficulties and challenges to drive her closer and closer to becoming destitute, and perhaps create life‑threatening circumstances while suffering tremendously. Her life is a kind of slow death through being circumscribed again and again to squelch anything positive and to keep introducing adverse circumstances taking her ever closer to a breaking point when she might take her own life. This is a kind of sport for the interlopers who have a psychopathic fascination with the suffering of human beings to see how much punishment they can inflict, short of killing their victim outright, so they can watch what happens and relish in the power they hold over their victim.
