It was reported that a major figure in the Russian government who was removed or left office is an alien and this was a somewhat rare assertion from this source. Is the politician noted a Reptilian replacement? Is reporting about aliens posing as humans a trend where we will see more claims about this in the news this year? Is this removal from office related to a Russian state and bank restructuring in order to remove the Rothschild banking powers as also reported?

The claims of the removed official as being alien are more in the line of conjecture than established fact. This is partly an intuitive awareness and partly political maneuvering as well to create justification for actions taken. There are people in high authority who know more about the alien presence than others. This varies within levels of government and within particular governments as a whole—some are in the know, some much, much less so. That will create some anomalies of this kind where there may be a whistleblower or an attempted unmasking that will seem quite bizarre to the general public who are far behind the curve here in understanding what is truly happening in the world, but this will be more noticed by high-level governments who monitor such things to watch for irregularities and see what might be going on that could harm them in some way or be useful, but this will not be acknowledged publicly except through an act of carelessness or a reckless disregard for security considerations. Shifts in power often involve figures who are part of the banking system because world finances are at the core of the workings of the Cabal. The ability to finance the super-rich and the undertakings of their minions they want to see carry out specific maneuvers to gain further power and advantage for those truly in control of things, will create many points of friction and competition for control of the corridors of power. All through history, this has led to destabilization of governments at the higher echelons because that can be used to justify "cleaning house" more broadly and allows varying factions to be on the rise as their opposition gets forced out. Keep in mind here that among the extraterrestrials there are many tensions and unpredictable episodes of power-grabbing and political machinations to jockey for position and gain an advantage over rivals. So even though all are working ostensibly on the same side, there are often petty disputes, petty grievances, petty jealousies among the powerful because it is their heritage, their makeup, and their inevitable display of depravity fueling such things. They simply cannot help the fact they are psychopaths. It is like a den of thieves where they may well end up killing one another. This is part of the sport for them, after all, because they not only enjoy seeing humans suffer and dying, they enjoy singling out their rivals to squeeze them and sometimes kill them outright. It is much like what you have seen in stories of the crime syndicates and how they maintain order at times, but at other times are engaged in warfare by the various families who covet particular territories of power and control over which they feel an ownership and will kill rival gangs. Even though there are agreements and treaties previously in place, there are many ways that tensions can arise to a point where someone will overstep the boundaries and things can escalate from there. Many times humans are drawn into war over such personal vendettas among the alien bloodline, for example. This is most unfortunate, but unavoidable given the nature of the interlopers and their makeup.
