It has been reported that the raw ingredients for fentanyl are largely produced in China, that Chinese nationals work in a factory in Mexico completing the fentanyl production, and that China is paying the cartels to smuggle the fentanyl into the United States. Is this all true? Is there extraterrestrial influence behind this as well?

This is all true and has been documented. It is part of the undermining of the U.S. they seek to do economically, to favor their own interests in seeking dominance as a world power. That, in turn, is being promoted by the extraterrestrials to make them an instigator. It is part of the divide and conquer strategy to get one nation to manipulate another in covert ways or directly, depending on what the overall intention might be. This is why the world is always undergoing strife because all nations are jockeying for position with regard to acquiring power, for offensive or defensive purposes. And those goals and intentions will be ramped up to increase the intention and passion of the participants, because the interlopers know at some level it will strike a spark and then the flames will break out and threaten a conflagration. And that is the goal all along, sometimes through a death of a thousand cuts approach that simply depletes everyone, and sometimes through a larger scale dramatic approach, and even one that might be cataclysmic.
