This, in fact, is the case, that wheat was a species introduced by the extraterrestrials to undermine human civilization by introducing a low-grade food substitute with minimal nutritional value and requiring a significant amount of labor to create a critical mass for consumption. It is not a proper fuel for human consumption and that is why the human makeup may well recoil at exposure to gluten, which was not part of Creator’s plan to happen. So there is a chemical abreaction that might trigger the immune system to be activated in piling on. In a way, this will vary according to the genetic makeup of individual humans, in whether it rises to a perceptible level or is like many hostile stimuli in the environment that might be perceived through ingestion of things having a varied composition and origin, but simply allowed to dissipate and not necessarily cause a problem perceptible to conscious awareness, and will be an expression of that individual makeup.
