Here you have hit on the answer intuitively, and we can validate your insight that she, indeed, is targeted. This is because of prior life contributions she has made. So it is a form of retribution in the current life that is underway. The interlopers seek to undermine the people around her to find fault, to neglect, or ignore her, and develop dislike and critical judgments that are not truly warranted. But when instilled in the beliefs of those people, they cannot fail to follow what they believe themselves to be the case. That is the power of mind control manipulation. It cannot be truly detected and overridden by the victim being manipulated, because it is a transformation to make them different and they will continue to just feel like themselves. People uniformly accept their own thinking as valid unless there is a counterargument that is persuasive. But a counterargument will not override deeply held beliefs, because they will simply be discounted, and any attempt to press them may well lead to discord because they will be fiercely resisted. And that is the point, to disempower the targeted individual so they are helpless, being in the grip of others do things actively to discount them and diminish them or worse. This we are working on with the Lightworker Healing Protocol but, as you know, is one of the more difficult things to counter because of the free will privileges, even of the interlopers. So it takes time, but we will do our best. The key is to get her off of the list and that always takes time to arrange.
