Those beings in a higher dimension will appear to a psychic as much more reserved and operating on a different kind of time frequency that is more mechanical, more rapid and more intricate and thus might appear more machinelike, but that is a misperception of the nature of higher dimensional intelligence. There are extra dimensional forms of consciousness that do intrude in the earth plane and elsewhere within the Milky Way Galaxy. Those extragalactic beings are simply curious, not malevolent and are not attempting to control things, but nonetheless their energy at times can be intrusive and even disruptive under certain circumstances, and it is best to exclude them or have them removed by divine realm to help maintain order and avoid complications that are more a kind of accident than a sinister plot to control things. Given your much greater knowledge and awareness of sources of negativity, you are in a perfect position to receive a higher level warning and a more detailed explanation of dangers were they occurring, but such is not the case.
