Is this a good prayer for helping humanity and what, if anything could be improved: “Source Creator, please partner with me each and every day, to bring complete Divine Healing and a change of heart to all non-humans involved in trying to control Earth at the expense of humanity, so that they stop their activities here and go home.”

We see this as a fine prayer to use. Often the prayer that appeals to the person will have the greater impact, not necessarily because of the artfulness of the words but the level of energy expended. It is the intention more so than the words to begin with. Anything that is more heartfelt will have more inherent power and a greater reach. A self-constructed prayer will work just as well as an elegant and poetic prayer from a great spiritual icon. The key ingredients are present and that is safety for the self and others and for a peaceful resolution and withdrawal of the interlopers. That would be a highest and best outcome to be sure.
