Is there truth to the speculation that problems blamed on viruses are not really due to viruses at all, but some other kind of alien technology?

There are bizarre forms of alien technology that mimic infectious organisms. You have broadly classed these as morgellons and that is the majority of such things. There are psychic attacks and manipulations that can cause virus-type symptoms, but that is from triggering prior karma, as the body might mistake a psychic attack from an alien much like a pathogen impinging on the body in some fashion in triggering the immune system. So this has led to much confusion because people will take reported symptoms of a victim at face value. If they have chills and fever but there is no seeming organism involved but an impression is received of alien interference, it could well be a direct energetic attack of some kind that triggers a kind of mirror image of infectious illness. So that is simply a complication in the interpretation of the various sources of evil manipulations being carried out. But the extraterrestrials do not have other technologies that mimic the behavior of microorganisms because the latter are already optimized as vectors for misery through many thousands of years of tinkering. So there is a quite extensive toolkit of laboratory maneuvers to vary the properties of viruses and other organisms to create super pathogens. And that is the main thrust of the biowarfare efforts, because they best serve the Extraterrestrial Alliance, being always seen as of a natural origin and that will cover the tracks of the interlopers as the true authors of the mayhem. But the extraterrestrials do not have the capability to create life forms. We have said this before, that all of the technological devotion and prowess of the extraterrestrials in misleading them to become atheists, will not lead to an ability to create life because they are moving in the opposite direction of divinity and that is the true origin of everything in existence, including the extraterrestrials themselves.
