Is the true purpose of Hunter Biden’s many foreign dealings with oligarchs, including Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and China, not just Joe Biden helping out his son but enriching Joe Biden as well as the rest of his family?

Sadly, this is entirely accurate. He is not doing anything unique. This in fact is the standard way that politicians obtain corrupt financial rewards from foreign sources as well as domestic by employing family members as emissaries and intermediaries in various dealings that are often largely as figureheads, and this allows, in effect, the laundering of money to the candidates, to the politicians that these sources of power wish to influence, and show favoritism to their needs with regard to government policy and decision-making. This is not done out of friendliness, but is always a form of manipulation and is understood to be the case. While some politicians maintain a hard-nosed public stance that even though commercial sources might donate to their campaigns it won’t influence their votes in any respect in showing favoritism, that is a claim easy to make and not as easy to fulfill. Having a commercial stake oneself to profit personally from social policy that might influence certain industries is a known bias that creeps in. It happens more and more over time with less and less public scrutiny to keep people honest through probes and investigations at intervals to rein in any wrongdoing or even the appearance of wrongdoing. Without such oversight, all governments become heavily corrupted through time because people begin to take for granted that getting easy money is expected, and this cheapens their judgment and concern over public need versus protecting those special interests that help them personally to become rich. There are many, many politicians throughout government using their family members in this way as an in-between representative to receive payments inappropriately.
