It is both safe and effective. We hold it in high regard. It is not the only way that this can be done. There are other variations in some of the strategies that can do the job in some individuals, but this protocol is more stringent and has a better efficacy overall because it is more thorough and complete so it will achieve a greater likelihood of success on average than other solutions being offered. The issue always in the more natural approaches is to construct a useful regimen with respect to what is being ingested from what sources and finding a way to determine quantity as well as possible quality differences in variability and the content of active ingredients, freshness, and so on. There are many, many variables and lack of standardization in using supplements and nutritional sources of medicinal substances has its own complications. This is what is needed now, a more thorough and rigorous study and refinement of these approaches to compare and contrast variations to put together the best sequence of steps with validated sources of the agents to be administered. We would say his approach is the most uniformly effective. That is not to say that other approaches will not be equal in effectiveness for some individuals.
