Is the spiritual teacher [name withheld] drawing an increasing following, a divinely inspired prophet with an important message for humanity, or is this person being duped by mind control?

This is yet again a false prophet being inspired and awakened by the Anunnaki psychic to believe he has a special mission, a special role. He is simply doing it peacefully as opposed to blowing up buildings or attacking crowds to cause death and destruction. This is part of a broad-based encroachment to co-opt spiritual individuals and give them a false leader to follow who will keep them within a kind of containment of thought, and will keep them believing there is nothing for them to do but follow the leader, and essentially that disempowers them.
