Is the reported violent nature of the Ecuadoran Waorani tribe also due to their ancestral genetic link to the extraterrestrial Anunnaki, or some other cause?

It is not genetic, it is spirit possession induced, as is the case for the Anunnaki themselves, as well as humans who take on dark behavior characteristics to become criminals or exhibit other selfish behavior. They simply are not in alignment spiritually and have no way to save themselves from this predation.
