Yes, he is now safely in the light, courtesy of the divine healing sponsored by his loving sister. This is a great blessing because he was truly confused and lost, given his unexpected passing. And he wants her to know he will be forever grateful for her awareness and insight in finding you to bring help in his time of need. He is saying he had no idea such a thing could ever happen and is in awe of the realities here, and seeing the contrast between his perspective as a human in the physical as an incarnated soul, and now that he is back in the light with all he knew before.
