There is much planning and anticipation of disruption of supply chains, and so on, that can be foreseen and is normally a part of disaster planning, but in a state of confusion engineered by mind control manipulation, people might not even dust off their prior plans and look through them to see what order of events needs to be enacted, or at least reviewed and discussed with decision-makers. This creates a state of complacency and inaction working against the welfare of society that depends on the system to be working. When the system is not working due to a government mandated shutdown, there will of course be consequences when the government takes over the responsibility without the due diligence of looking before they leap, and a thorough planning about all of the likely consequences and those chains of events governing a worsening that is always going to happen when commerce is disrupted. So this situation is not only unnatural, it is doubly unnatural because not only is there a viral scourge spreading through the world, there is a scourge of mind control manipulation to impair the human response and this will worsen the consequences.
