Is the current uncertainty about the outcome of the 2020 presidential race a consequence of the interlopers flirting with disaster and being reckless in their Trump bashing, even though they want him to win, or are they deliberately manipulating things to build up hopes, drag out the final conclusion, and then pull the rug out from under, to foment civil unrest?

In keeping with how they run things, the latter is the case, they are simply wanting to get as much enjoyment out of this manipulation as possible. Keep in mind that because they orchestrate everything there are no surprises for them and one would think after more than 100,000 years of this they would tire of the game. It is like playing poker when you know you are always going to win, after a time, a normal individual would give in to boredom and stop. So the idea of raising the stakes, increasing the complexity of the orchestration, and flirting with failure by encouraging opposition to their plans adds the extra spice they need to make this all worthwhile in their way of thinking. So they will favor the predetermined loser in many ways to give them false encouragement, false hope, and increase their support and backing by many cheering them on and believing in their cause only to see that things fall through in the end and that their confidence was misplaced after all. That disappointment, discouragement, embarrassment, and sometimes humiliation, are a reward for the interlopers, whose thinking is depraved, as they delight in human suffering and bringing it about. So even though this looks like it is balanced on a knife’s edge and favors Joe Biden as the likely winner, that early promise will be taken away in the end, and that is when there will be a backlash starting in earnest because that is also what they want to see happen—they want this to be disruptive and to cause as much pain and damage to society as possible.
