He has been a quite powerful figure in the past and is accordingly on their radar as a person of interest and will be targeted in each and every lifetime to waylay him, to keep him sidelined, and suppress his progress. That is the true meaning of what you are seeing with such a horrendous string of misfortunes that come his way early in life so he never really gets established, never really achieves adulthood, or does so only quite encumbered and wounded and diminished, and things continue going downhill from there. This is what is befalling him in his current life and why he has these relationships with people who manipulate and harm him with the manipulations. This includes the healer as well as the girlfriend—she is not truly a friend; she is an agent provocateur seeking to embroil him in a stormy relationship that will distract and diminish him.
