He is safely in the light so you can rest assured now that he is in safe hands and has been raised up fully. He is having a wonderful experience, in reuniting with the many beings he knows here, and has reviewed all things in his life and, pondering their significance, he is very grateful for your love and that you cared about him and sought help on his behalf. He will always be grateful to you as he sees the big picture now and all the times and places he could have done something more but failed to act, largely through ignorance, but also through programming pervasive in the culture. He is watching over you and sending his love.
