All have problems and serious ones, and struggle mightily. She has touched all those lives for the better, regardless of the outcome, even for those with an early demise through drug overdose, for example, she has touched their souls and helped improve things in ways that will pay off later on. This is true in her finding and recruiting you to help her with her family. That is divine guidance at its best, two needles in a haystack finding each other and making good come about. You are blessed to know her, and she is blessed to know you as well. This is divine partnership in action on multiple levels and a testament to human enterprising ingenuity from both ends of things, you in the physical and seeing the light, her in the light and seeing you in the physical and wanting to serve and join the fray to make a difference. That she has done and we see great things ahead for her in her future. She has served the divine in all she takes on and it is adding richness to her soul, even though it is an ordeal, at times, to bear the burden of others, having little to work with compared to what she was used to as an angelic being where she could participate in things energetically without being in harm's way personally. The opposite is more the case now, where she is in harm's way as a physical human and with a much more limited energetic reach compared to her light being service. The biggest value is, in applying herself she is adding to her own soul’s growth while benefiting many others in being a beacon of divine healing for every person whose life she touches, and that is the highest of accomplishments one can have.
