Is my client a targeted individual?

She is not a targeted individual, she simply has quite severe a karmic history and is her own worst enemy. This is most unfortunate but is not at all uncommon. Many people with chronic life difficulties of all kinds are not a high-level targeted individual, but that does not mean their problems do not stem from interference by the Extraterrestrial Alliance, given that most major difficulties in life are traceable to the interlopers directly or indirectly. So her karmic traumas have all come about because of the manipulation of the human population individually and collectively, and this has created a very significant backlog in unhealed trauma that is now looming large in the current life and demanding a resolution one way or another. She has the wherewithal to do much self-healing, but has a hard time staying focused. That is part of her karmic heritage and healing backlog, and is working against her, but that can't be helped as she must be able to take action to see to her needs, as no one can truly do this for her. This is true for many clients that they will be seen to be their own worst enemy. They are always lagging and not proactive. They do not stay with things long enough to get the most benefit, and so on. That, too, is a symptom of the wounding that they cannot maintain a steady focus and intensity of work for very long, because another distraction will come along and pull her away for a time. Inevitably, she will begin hurting again and then might resume her healing efforts. But that is not the best way to proceed and get good results in a timely fashion. But of course, the largest liability is the sheer size of the backlog in her case, which is daunting and would be for anyone. It is just the card she has been dealt that so much is coming due all at once, and this is what makes it such a challenge and a struggle to make headway.
