Is life in such physical density all the way from the microbe, to the animal, to the sentient species, also something that is predominantly a feature of the Milky Way Galaxy? Or is such physical density of lifeforms, plant, and animal especially, explored in other galaxies as well? Does such density increase the need for individual incarnation planning?

There are physical forms of existence outside your galaxy in many places throughout the universe. The distinguishing feature of the Milky Way Galaxy is the ongoing experiment allowing free agency and free will. These are attributes that change the array of options you have available. In other realms and other places in the universe, life is more orderly because there are constraints applied across the board so everything will have an immediate consequence and wrongdoing is quickly righted so there can be no long-term problems, only short-term ones. This is an easily managed situation across the board. Regardless of the nature of the life forms and their environment, there will be an appropriate balance always so any life form will have its environment suited to it and will be able to have its experience without great hazard developing in a way that is unexpected and represents a long-term liability. There are only short-term problems and quick resolutions, but this also constrains what is possible. That is a tradeoff that flows quite logically from having constraints of these kinds imposed. In a sense, all are subject to external forces much of the time and in many, many ways and, in that regard, lack freedom of expression because they are constrained by the energetics to narrow their choices, and what this does is create a kind of conformity and serves as a limitation on creativity. It is through risking failure that the loftiest innovations take place where there is a bold step taken to explore a new idea even at the risk of failure and ridicule. When one is constantly reined in and constrained it leads to a lack of imagination and has a stultifying effect even as it is gentle, nurturing, and representing love in every respect, in a sense, it is a love that smothers future potential. It is like being born and being nurtured by a loving mother and never breaking free to be on one’s own, to take one’s own chances, and make one’s own way in life, but stays at the mother’s side dependent on that love and nurturing for all rewards and satisfactions. It can become not only a routine but a kind of sameness that brings boredom because it is so very predictable. That is why we have invested so much time and energy to launch the divine human in the midst of an otherwise failed undertaking to create a more free-form, open-ended set of possibilities for expansion through bestowing free agency and free will on life forms with intelligence and capability to have creativity flourish in new ways and a tremendous expansion of possibilities. This carries automatically with it a downside for things to go wrong and for failure to happen, and failure of spectacular proportions, in keeping with the broader allowances represented by the undertaking itself getting so far over the edge or out on a limb far beyond what has been allowed in the past is what creates the great risk and the harsh consequences of failure. We know the system can work. We have seen it on the ascendency to know this is so, but we are making course corrections here with the creation of the divine human to have the right potential built in to navigate the treacherous waters and overcome the potential pitfalls and flourish while embracing the new potentials and make it a successful endeavor. This is within your grasp and not so far away. If you continue to choose the love option and embrace the love of Creator and Creator’s partnership, you can surmount these difficulties and prevail and win the day, and this will stand for all of time as your achievement and will demonstrate the wisdom of this bold new paradigm because all of the universe will benefit.
