Is it useful or important to include healing for all of the Universe?

This is not necessary. You are covering all the bases that need covering. This is an Earth problem, a problem of humanity and a problem of the interlopers affecting you. It will be directed to the appropriate targets. By including all of humanity, you will be including all humans wherever they might be located at the time the healing is launched or needs to reach them. All hostages on other worlds, and slave colonies, will receive healing. All extraterrestrials on other worlds on their home planets and bases located throughout the solar system and beyond who are harming humans directly or indirectly will receive healing. So that includes the entirety of their numbers because all are involved karmically in the human drama. Other parts of the universe and other beings do not bear directly on the earth plane. There are some indirect interconnections energetically with other portions of the universe, but these are not negative influences and so do not need healing per se. That can be considered part of the basal energy imparted by Creator to keep humanity going. So that includes all the energies within the universe that might impinge on humans individually or collectively and have some influence to the positive or negative. What is of concern for human growth and enlightenment is the removal of the interlopers and the repair of the karmic backlog needing healing to allow the ascension to happen. You have everything in the Protocol now you need to address what may be standing in the way.
