Is it true that the one thing that Creator cannot actually give to any created being, including angels, is true wisdom? That being because wisdom only accumulates with experience?

This is, in a general sense, quite true. It is wisdom that matters most and is the most precious commodity. It is hard-won. It is earned through doing and through experiencing, and in earth plane, this means taking on the duality of things—the extreme range from positive to negative in the potentials and having present, at the same time, the highest and the lowest of intentions among the various beings people encounter directly or indirectly, and all that that implies as a consequence. There are many challenges, many difficulties, many threats, and many ways people become corrupted and undermined, and are actively resisted and thwarted, being attacked and being wounded again and again through the stirring up of old karmic business, through making energetic attacks, and even physical attacks in some cases. All of which drags people down and makes them increasingly vulnerable through the ravages of stress and the buildup of past trauma that reechoes again and again with every new insult and injury piling on top to add to the damage and drag people down further. This is a major reason for the world struggling so. It is not that the direct opposition is doing serious harm to all, it is a mix of some harm done in selective locations during selected periods of time with a backdrop of a huge karmic history burdening everyone and everything. That is the greatest source of difficulty and the greatest drain on resources and potential. The sheer size of the need for healing is so great, this creates a huge headwind because humans are carrying such burdens from the very beginning of life, and it worsens over time and is the greatest impediment to human progress. The angelics have karma to contend with as well. This serves as a restraint and confers a set of operating rules as well, to not get out of alignment because karma will see to its rebalancing, which can be painful. So the angelics are quite adept at this point, to sidestep difficulties and handle problems with great care, strictly to avoid a backlash that can harm them. Everyone must contend with karma, including Creator, but the angels are quite good at this. It is the fallen who struggle, but they are a different group of beings with many liabilities because of their status, having turned away from the light in their intention, and having fallen from grace, and being no longer supported even by the divine realm. This is why they see the light as their enemy. It is not helping them, but only represents a threat to their actions because the light works in opposition to their dark aims. They do not see there is love behind it that could help raise them up, and only find out about it when there has been an encounter and they are rounded up, and then offered some rehabilitation to rekindle the love potential. Otherwise, they are on their own and in a downward spiral that will one day lead to their demise.
