There are certainly societal pressures encouraging donation of blood as well as solid organs. The policy of cadaver organ donation is not immune from the consequences of a karmic entanglement because the individual whose organs may be harvested after clinical death will reincarnate at some point and connect to the akashic records once again. If the latter have been complicated by becoming in a state of quantum entanglement with a recipient of their prior incarnations’ donated organs, this will be a headwind going forward from that point on in any new incarnation until the complexity has sorted itself out, if that is even possible. The effects can range from quite mild to quite severe and are not possible to predict.
Given the long-term consequences here, it would not be advisable to be either a donor or recipient of blood or tissues under any circumstances. We do understand that societal pressures may be brought to bear if there were a widespread scarcity, but in that event, it would likely be only due to the spreading of this wisdom, in which case, there would be widespread understanding and acceptance of the tradeoffs and a growing awareness that the medical approaches often cause more harm than good. So we would recommend avoiding these as a routine.
In the case of blood transfusions, many are not truly a medical necessity. In those rare cases where it is truly lifesaving, there may be a possibility of using other extraordinary means for oxygenation of the person and simple replacement of bodily fluids with donor plasma, which carries no such risks. So there can be workarounds here and this may well include artificial blood substitutes in the future that would be preferable to using living cells from a different human being.
