Is interference with honeybees primarily due to a human-devised and technologically supported program or would it be more accurate to say this is being done by the Extraterrestrial Alliance?

The Extraterrestrial Alliance is the primary culprit here because all that humans are doing is learned from them and humans are being manipulated to envision and construct the network of devices used to deliver routine levels of electromagnetic frequencies that are destructive across the board to many forms of life, human included. This makes humans their own perpetrator and, as an added twist, makes it harder for the divine realm to countermand because humans are wanting these networks because their technology and their electronic devices will depend on them for programming and the intercommunications they facilitate. The negative consequences are a side effect but this is not seen or appreciated by humans who love their devices and will not surrender them without a fight. This is the perversity of the Extraterrestrial Alliance in the way they operate to turn humans against one another, and against themselves, to adopt strategies and technologies that are basically a form of suicide, and keeping the people in ignorance of these facts all the while. This is diabolical genius at its finest, or at its darkest, depending on one’s perspective.
