Unfortunately, and quite interestingly, he is not yet in the light and needs rescuing. This is because of his lifestyle and his karmic history, and the liabilities that developed over time from being who he was and adding to his karmic obligations through his own actions. He was unable to transition on his passing and is in need of a Spirit Rescue.
