Is Anthony William correct that Epstein-Barr virus is the true cause of breast cancer and prostate cancer? Is that true 100% of the time?

For all practical purposes these are by far the vast majority of cases, both for breast cancer and prostate cancer, that they are consequences of Epstein-Barr virus strains causing a chronic viral infection in those tissues, and this is nearly 100% of the time the disease appears.
