We see this being a reasonable arrangement that allows people to work together and to, in turn, have a way to participate financially. This allows a variety of contributors, and experience to unfold. Someone may have skill and talent to be a major player in the organization itself but not have great wealth to provide the foundation and set up an operation that could be quite costly because of capital investment needed in equipment and raw materials, for example, in a manufacturing capacity to make appliances. There is a considerable upfront cost in such circumstances.
