Indeed, this is an insightful question and is, in fact, straightforward for the divine realm. We can trace the history to see all such instances. There may be some cases where there is overlap when an interloper instills something through an attack on the person that resonates deeply from a karmic history and becomes anchored to that. So we cannot guarantee 100% removal, but the result will typically be more than 90% of such things being removed. So that is quite a worthwhile undertaking.
