If there is no emotional charge in an akashic record vision received, does that mean the karma is healed? How do we know when karma is healed?

This is a good illustration of what we are telling you. The reality is, you will not know what is healed and what is not. To the extent you have guidance from the divine realm to show you things selectively, you can request things be shared having certain properties. But even to communicate what it is you want from the divine is difficult, because you do not know how to express what is needed about what is truly the energy of consciousness. There is no language for all of the many differing expressions, their meaning, intentions, and implications, so any such exercise will be a very superficial look-see of minimal value in a practical sense.
