The success rate of a second session for these unfortunates is once again 95%, and that is because the first session was not powerless, but brought them quite close to rescue so it becomes much easier with a second go-round. There are a few instances where further work is needed, but if you take the probabilities of 95% success with each of two successive repetitions, almost all will be brought to the light successfully. That is the wisdom of the request for a repeat session on an indefinite basis to include those in need, as eventually all will reach the light. It is only a matter of time, and continued diligence, and application of the Protocol.
