The gold reset is planned to happen prior to the Disclosure and is independent of that event. They want this to happen under the human watch, or we would say more accurately, the presumed human watch, given that world governments are all under control of the Extraterrestrial Alliance and the major things that happen are usually manipulated to be that way by the interlopers.
