We would not attempt separating the two. The entire progression of dimming down and dumbing down of humanity by the extraterrestrials throughout the course of human history has been a relentless degradation of human function. Their fingerprints are on everything observed as human maladies, whether mental, emotional, or physical. You are simply seeing in a somewhat selective way, the ET at work, and thinking this must be a kind of add-on to normal and ordinary mental dysfunction. The two are deeply intertwined through a host of genetic, psychic, and automated subliminal manipulations to make people lesser in a variety of ways.
