If human healers can do spirit capture, putting an earthbound spirit pest in a bottle so it cannot bother a human client, can the Extraterrestrial Alliance, in effect, imprison earthbound human spirits to prevent their reincarnation and to serve, perhaps, as energetic food for their spirit meddler helpers?

Unfortunately, this is quite true. It is much akin to what spirit meddlers do in descending on a human spirit in transition from the body at the time of passing, and so disorient, torment, and distract the newly emerging consciousness that it is unable to see the light callers, and then is a sitting duck for further manipulation, all designed to siphon energy away. So that is the motive of the spirit meddlers, to possess and to use them as a kind of battery to keep life force energy for themselves. Tormenting the host simply ramps the energy up and that can be a further reward for them. So this phenomenon is capitalized on by the Extraterrestrial Alliance to use as a way of rounding up people to sideline them and keep them out of action, so to speak. This is done in a very purposeful way, to create a place of sequestration so spirits can be corralled, and kept in check energetically, and then used as a kind of reservoir of life force energy coming into the spirits as a kind of filling station for the spirit meddlers, who can come and go and get replenished, if need be, if they cannot find a free roaming human to prey upon, or another spirit that has become lost in the lower astral plane.
