If either a People Clearing or Spirit Rescue session is done with the Lightworker Healing Protocol for someone who’s passed and already in the light, will that healing be done for them automatically when they subsequently reincarnate?

This will happen if it is the intention of the healer. It is the responsibility of one making a request of the Divine to define the request to the greatest extent possible. Every circumstance, consideration, perspective, as well as its timing and purpose, will add to the force of the request and give the divine realm greater power to do its utmost to benefit the target individual. This provides a good example of the reach of human ingenuity and why having a greater knowledge of healing, and its possibility, and how the divine realm can bring it about, greatly amplifies the ability of humans to get meaningful help, and why a general prayer request done in a state of unawareness and ignorance of these mechanisms and opportunities will have limited reach and most often falls short.
