This is not so complicated an issue to understand. The leveraging implies the expansion of something that happens as a springboard. So what is accomplished with the leveraging is not a free ride, to add in enormous new implementation of divine rescue, but in and of itself, as an expansion, needs an intention for that to happen. So to take the LHP in its most elementary form and then simply request that all this leveraging be added on top without taking the time to detail it, each and every time the LHP is launched, so the practitioner is putting some power of intention behind the description, intentions, and wording of the requests, the leveraging will not happen to any significant degree. This is because the leveraging is simply the consequence of taking the intention, the intention put behind mounting the request for the leveraging to work, in carrying out what ends up being a very complex, detailed and wide-ranging healing effort. So as a simple numerical example, if you want leveraging of tenfold for something, what that means is that something must be donated in order to become leveraged, and thus amplified by a factor of 10. So there must be at least a factor of one, energetically, provided by the practitioner for a tenfold leveraging of that intention to be enacted in carrying out the broad-ranging work desired. So we are not saying that the leveraging relieves no real burden, such that the practitioner must somehow come up with a gigantic intention in order to fuel a gigantic leveraging, as is now a part of the Protocol in multiple ways, just some energy must be added in addition, to pay attention to what one is requesting with a full appreciation of what it represents and that it cannot be simply taken for granted and built upon endlessly as though it is an afterthought and only a small detail. The leveraging steps are the most profound components, in many respects, of the LHP and thus deserve careful focus and applied intention by the practitioner to give them the greatest launching possible.
