How often can her requests be made to do healing for additional groups of extraterrestrials?

There is no restriction on the number of requests that can be made. Keep in mind there needs to be some witnessing and holding of intention, so this cannot be done in machine-gun like fashion, but can be done fairly quickly. And in this way, a block of time would allow making numerous such requests. So in that fashion, many, many groups of 60 extraterrestrials could be healed, or be given healing, and this would be a reasonable compromise that would still achieve the objective in a reasonable time. After all, the numbers of extraterrestrials are not gigantic here. There are only so many needing this attention. It is compounded by the fact that there are three individual races, all having a contingent of warriors in the earth plane.  But they are not here in vast numbers because this is simply not necessary.  The smooth running of things is accomplished quite readily by the indigenous Anunnaki bloodline, as well as a small number of imposters from the Reptilian cohort serving in positions of leadership throughout society in many individual countries. The greatest number of beings are by far the alien Greys, who are the worker bees. These need not be considered in terms of healing work as they are machines and will not be healable in the same way as people.
