The Anunnaki are equally savage in their makeup. They are not as aggressive and war-like but are equal overall in depravity in having no scruples, no ability to feel compassion or guilt of any kind in exploiting anyone or anything for any purpose that serves them personally including the killing of their own kind. Fratricide, matricide, and patricide are highly valued as marks of distinction in the Anunnaki civilization because power and ruthlessness are prized as signs of greatness. All that matters to them is who has the most power and their lives consist of working within a hierarchy that is basically a series of contests to determine who is the strongest, the most powerful, no matter how ruthless and barbaric their actions. Contrary to naive expectations, being the longer-lived society, it is actually the case they are more depraved than the Reptilians. It is just that their personalities and physical makeup find somewhat different modes of expression than the Reptilians with a more animal-like physicality, having teeth and claws. So there are some aspirations in having a certain formality and ritual in comporting themselves, but no matter how sophisticated a technology might be used to annihilate other sentient beings, it still comes down to killing and torture in the end.
